Twenty-Eight Days of Love From the Heart Healer
DAY 1 - I LOVE MYSELF UNCONDITIONALLY
Love and acceptance of yourself is the beginning of being able to make positive, self-affirming choices. When you accept who, what and where you are right now you release yourself from the limiting belief that you're not good enough.
Affirmation: I love myself unconditionally just the way I am.
DAY 2 - HOW TO LOVE WHAT YOU SEE IN THE MIRROR
Fall in love with all of yourself, including your body. Instead of engaging in an abusive relationship with your body learn to work with your physical self and do anything and everything that makes you feel good.
Affirmation: I love and appreciate my body.
DAY 3 - HOW TO CREATE YOUR PERFECT LIFE
You deserve to have the desires of your heart become your reality but before that perfect life can manifest into your current situation you must first believe it’s possible, then feel that you’re worthy of receiving it and begin acting as if your perfect life has already arrived, and that you are living it as you express gratitude for all that you’ve been given.
Affirmation: I am worthy of living my perfect life. I am grateful it is here for me now.
DAY 4 - HOW TO SEE YOURSELF AS WORTHY
You are worthy. The only thing stopping you from getting everything you desire is that you believe you shouldn’t have it because of a limiting belief. Take the time to look at your belief system and replace those old worn out beliefs with those beliefs that do support you.
Affirmation: I am worthy of receiving all that I desire.
DAY 5 - HOW TO EASILY FOCUS ON YOUR DESIRES
Allow it to be easy. If you find that you’re struggling to keep your focus on what you do have and do want, take a moment to check in with you heart and ask why. "Why, am I unable to honor myself by focusing on all that I desire and all that I have?"
Affirmation: I easily and effortlessly focus on all that I have and all that I desire.
DAY 6 - LEARN HOW TO LOVE YOUR LIFE BY FOCUSING ON JOY
Being joyful brings the angels closer as it lifts your vibrational offering. Learn to love yourself by always looking for things that bring you joy.
Affirmation: I am abundantly joyful.
DAY 7 - HOW TO ESTABLISH HEART/MIND AGREEMENT
Make sure that your head and heart are in harmony so you can manifest effortlessly. A divided self cannot summon enough energy in one direction to manifest anything but chaos. Love yourself enough to allow that which you desire to be yours.

DAY 8 - HOW TO OFFER YOURSELF OUTRAGEOUS ACCEPTANCE
Celebrate yourself! Be thrilled by all that you do well and those good qualities that you have. Remember that whatever you focus on increases so look at and appreciate all that makes you unique, special and ultimately you. You are worthy of feeling good about yourself and your life.

DAY 9 - HOW TO OVERFLOW WITH SELF-LOVE AND SELF-ACCEPTANCE
Self-love is dependent on self-acceptance. We must learn to love and accept every part of ourselves. When we accept it all we can achieve loving transformation.
Affirmation: I am a loving and kind person.
DAY 10 - SHUTTING THE DOOR ON SELF-CRITICISM AND SELF-PITY
What you say about yourself becomes what you believe about yourself and what you believe about yourself becomes what you experience in your life. Choose good experiences by reinforcing positive behaviors and beliefs. Dump the negative self-talk and begin speaking to yourself as you would most desire yourself to be.
Affirmation: I am always making wise decisions.
Day 11 - HOW TO PUT MORE FUN IN YOUR DAY
Life should be fun. Today, take a lighthearted approach to your life and look for ways to build joy and fun into your day. Having fun will give you a sense of freedom and raise your vibration. Be child-like as you move through your day. Approach every task with wide-eyed wonder and a heart filled with joy and watch as the universe brings you more to be joyful about.

Day 12 - HOW TO RECOGNIZE AND CELEBRATE JUST HOW VALUABLE YOU ARE
It's okay to put yourself first, it's actually vital to put yourself first because the one person who will be with you always is you. When you take care of yourself and engage in self-loving acts you’re saying that you have value. When you encourage others to take care of themselves you’re saying they have value as well.

DAY 13 - HOW TO REALLY APPRECIATE AND HONOR YOURSELF
Today, it’s time to be appreciative of all of you. Your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. It’s easy to overlook all that you are and everyone deserves to be appreciated.
Affirmation: I pay attention to and appreciate all of my good qualities.
DAY 14 - HOW TO MAKE SUCCESS COME MORE EASILY TO YOURSELF
Being a self-loving person is not an act of selfishness, it's an act of loyalty and love toward yourself. Recognize that when you’re filled to overflowing with self-love you can then extend that energy out into the world and create a ripple effect of love.

DAY 15 - HOW TO USE THE POWER OF GRATITUDE
No matter who you are, no matter where you live, you have many wonderful qualities that deserve to be celebrated. Today, focus on all that you do well. Be proud of who and what you are.

DAY 16 - A GUIDED MEDITATION OF SELF LOVE
Spending time each day in a quiet or reflective space will help you become more self-loving. Today's lesson will help you love yourself more.
Affirmation: I easily relax into the silence of nothingness, which restores me.
DAY 17 - HOW TO USE THE VIOLET FLAME FOR TRANSFORMATIONAL CHANGE
Saint Germaine and the violet flame provide a powerful tool for transformation. Love yourself so much that you transform your negative thoughts and actions into positive, self-loving care.

DAY 21 - HOW TO GET BACK ON YOUR FEET WHEN LIFE HAS KNOCKED YOU DOWN
It's time to stop looking at what you did wrong and begin concentrating on all you did that was right. Give yourself permission to try again and keep on trying until you get the result that you desire.

DAY 22 - DISCOVER JUST HOW AWESOME YOU REALLY ARE
Congratulations! You’ve successfully implemented so many self-loving techniques that you’ve changed your dominant programming from condemning and self-critical to complimentary and self-supportive. It’s time to become even more self-loving.

DAY 23 - HOW TO PUT THE POWER OF FORGIVENESS TO WORK IN YOUR LIFE
When we forgive others we release ourselves from the negative energy that surrounded the situation. Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself. Forgiveness sets you free.
Affirmation: I easily forgive and forget those unpleasant people and circumstances of the past.
DAY 24 - THE IMPORTANCE OF TAKING TIME OUT FOR YOURSELF
Recognizing when you need to rest and renew your energy is one of the greatest ways to love and honor yourself. Learn how to love yourself through rest.
Affirmation: I love myself enough to rest and restore my energy.
DAY 25 - HOW TO FIND THE VALUE IN EVERY ASPECT OF YOUR LIFE
What you focus on expands so call it all good and receive into your life more good to celebrate. Challenging circumstances will occur at some point in every life but if you look at what's happened and get the good from it, even if that good is only discovering what you don't want, then you'll place your energetic vibration in the highest place.

DAY 26 - PUT YOUR FOCUS ON EVERYTHING YOU’RE DOING RIGHT
What we focus on expands and that which expands comes into to our vibrational field. To experience more good, put your focus on everything that’s good in your life and you will attract more of the same.
